E. F. Harrison was one of the original four faculty members of Fuller Theological Seminary. He admirally treats the traditional aspects of NT Intro and begins with the historical setting from the end of the exile to Roman rule. He is almost always on the side of the traditional dates for the composition of the NT books. He treats textual matters even-handedly. All in all a quite reliable Introduction.
